The Sonoran Desert may appear harsh, but it thrives through subtle rhythms of rain and heat. Its bimodal rainfall sustains saguaros, mesquites, and wildflowers, while wildlife times migrations and breeding to these pulses. I see the same resilience in clay—its transformation through pressure and fire mirrors the land itself. Living here teaches me that fragility and endurance are woven into the same story.
